The brief
A collaboration between Nissan and Cam Bostock, a hiking creator based in Western Australia. The idea was a road trip around the south west, with the X-Trail getting Cam to places worth the drive. Cam hosts; the car is the way in.
The shoot
A few days on the south coast with one car and a small crew. Forest roads from above, the caves, and the bays you only reach by driving a long way. All natural light, so the car is lit by wherever it happens to be.
The result
A long-form film on Cam’s channel, with stills delivered alongside for Nissan’s own channels.
